The economy is taking a tumble but so are gas prices. According to a new study, Tulsa has the lowest gas prices in the country.
The Lundberg Survey polled 5,000 gas stations from around the country. Just in the last two weeks, gas prices have dropped considerably, with most stations falling 48 cents per gallon.
On Friday, the national average for a gallon of gas at self-serve stations was $2.30. Diesel is sitting at $3.19 per gallon.
Today, gas is selling for $1.75 a gallon, here in T-Town.
