Not one of my favorites, but......

Check out this spider who has decided to reside outside one of our dining room windows. She's pretty AND creepy, I must say. And she's not a small spider either.

Just the other day, Tj caught a fly for her and threw it into her web. In some ways, we got the feeling that she was grateful for her present. She began devouring it immediately.

I decided to photograph her yesterday, so that we could research her species. She sat very still for me as I took her picture, and at one point I believe that she winked at me.
